Do You Need Help Printing Your Proof of Vaccination?

On September 22nd, Ontario begins the first step in our proof of vaccination plan. In order to enter certain non-essential businesses you will need to produce proof of a completed vaccination (double-dossed) as well as an ID.

Requiring proof of vaccination in these settings reduces risk and is an important step to encourage every last eligible Ontarian to get their shot, which is critical to protecting the province’s hospital capacity, while also supporting businesses with the tools they need to keep customers safe, and avoid further closures.  

At no time will people be denied medical care, food from grocery stores or basic medical supplies based on their vaccination status.

You can access a PDF vaccine certificate with the information need to prove that you are fully vaccinated by following the link below. An individual Quebec style QR code and verification app will be available beginning Oct 22.
